(Il corso 1.0 è un prerequisito per il corso 1.1)



1.2 Esercizio terapeutico per i runner

Questo corso pratico di un giorno, complementare al “1.0 Nuovi orientamenti nella prevenzione degli infortuni associati alla corsa”, presenta concetti evidence-based sulla gestione del carico nei runner, compreso il rinforzo muscolare, la propriocezione e il controllo motorio degli arti inferiori. Saranno presentati oltre 100 esercizi terapeutici frutto delle più recenti ricerche, molte strategie pratiche e molteplici nuove idee per gestire al meglio i tuoi pazienti runner. (Il corso 1.0 è un prerequisito per il corso 1.2)



1.4 All About Footwear

(10 hours, online course)


This online course features best practices relative to the recommendation and use of sports footwear. A theoretical online module is complemented with videos, scientific references, clinical tools, clinical cases and one Skype conversation with Blaise Dubois, PT and expert on the topic. This is highly recommended to anyone interested in the scientific evidence about running footwear. There are no prerequisites and it is a self-directed course. (NB: Registrants have to complete an online exam at the end of the course.
